Academics

The Easton Area School District provides a comprehensive academic program at the elementary level, focusing on building foundational skills across various subjects. Students receive instruction in core areas like Reading, English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. The district also supports social-emotional learning and offers targeted intervention for students needing additional academic supports using the MTSS process. Beyond core academics, elementary students engage in subjects such as art, music, physical education, library, and technology. With a well-rounded educational experience from their earliest years, we believe that all students have the ability to demonstrate effective communication, empathetic collaboration, innovative problem solving, continuous learning, empowered citizenship, and creative and critical thinking - characteristics essential for success beyond graduation.
